- Established Pitherm Chemical Corp. (merged SeungGuk Chemical Co., Ltd)
- Changed the product name of SG THERM® to PITHERM®
2020
- Commissioned SHL (formerly SamHwa Lubricants Co., Ltd.) to do OEM production of SG THERM® products
2014
- Developed & marketed heat transfer fluids (Flash point greater than 250°C) that comply with PSM regulations
2012
- Commissioned Hanyu Energy to do OEM production of SG THERM® products
- Established US Branch Office in Portland, Oregon
- Developed & manufactured high temperature heat transfer fluids made in Korea (Syn Therm HT, Syn Therm LV, Syn Therm LT)
2010
- Contracted with Radco Industries in the United States for exclusive distributorship in Korea
2006
- Commissioned Zicos Ltd. (SK Chemical Subsidiary) to do OEM production of SG THERM® products
2004
- Signed a Korean agency contract with Arkema in France
2001
- Converted to a corporation as SeungGuk Chemical Co., Ltd.
1988
- Established SeungGuk Trading Company
- Contracted with Monsanto Company (currently Eastman Chemical Company) in the Unites States for exclusive distributorship of Therminol products in Korea
